Arbor is what we use as our School management information system.

The parent portal will allow you to see your child’s attendance, book parents’ evening meetings, give consent for photo/video use, pay for school meals and make a payment for a school trip, workshop or events.
​
You can update the following information yourself through the parent portal: your contact details (telephone numbers), add/remove additional contacts/guardians or update collections consent, change GP details.
​
If your address details change, please email the school office at kapsharrow@avanti.org.uk with your new details and attach proof of your new address i.e. latest council tax bill or utility bill.

How to Access Krishna Avanti School’s Arbor Parent Portal App or via the website
All Parents have been set up with an account. To access your child/ren’s account it is recommended that you create your Arbor account and set a password on a laptop or PC using Chrome as the internet browser before trying to log into the Arbor App via your mobile phone.

School unique URL link: https://krishna-avanti-primary.uk.arbor.sc/ and click “First Time Logging In”.
​
Your username is the email address you have shared with the school (the one receiving this communication). Please follow the instructions on Arbor to set up your account/ password.
​
You can also download the Arbor App and view your child/ren’s details via the app. Please note the app will only work once you have finished setting up the account online on a PC or Laptop in the first instance.
